INTUITIVE CONNECTION WORKSHOP

This workshop takes you on a journey trough all that you are beyond the standard use of our senses, where seeing goes beyond your eyes, listening goes beyond your ears and feeling goes beyond the form.

It is designed to guide (re)connection you with your inner knowing and intuition, with yourself, and we practice and play together with listening / feeling / knowing / seeing / sensing what our inner self is telling us in the here and now. What comes forward from our inner depths to look at, to heal or transform or guide. In this act alone we are bringing deep healing and transformation.

We practice together getting in touch with formless parts of yourself. Experiencing your own subconscious depths. Enhancing our senses. Being open and recepetive to anything that comes forward and bringing the “formless” into the “form”.We will make use of some guided creative mediation excersises to bring forward words or shapes - to get to feel the flow of creation from source into the material.

This proces is supported by the sounds and frequencies of Crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments, guided meditation and energy work. The workshop is especially suited if you are wanting to develop your intuitive skills or finding your creative flow.

In each moment when you go inside the answers are all there, the exercises in this workshop are guides to get that inner conversation or source going. Supporting clear knowing / seeing / feeling / hearing, as well as the joy of feeling the richness and all the layers of what you are.

As we heal/transform our energies and emotions, ground them, we can tap into our heart and find inner guidance and intuition and re-establish the connection with ourselves, our hearts and souls.

This workshop is designed to support your moving trough this world more connected and intuitive and free, moving forward into your lives with more joy and purpose, more sharpened senses and a clearer feeling of inner guidance and intuition of where to go next.

My approach blends Sound Healing and Energy Work, as well as intuitive development/awakening to the self with a focus on nurturing both the physical and “formless” bodies and dimensions, allowing for self- exploration and deeper insights and a general feeling of well being and connection. Joy in being.

See if your day can be relatively calm before and after and eat light foods.

A former creative who found herself on the path of spiritual awakening and has been moving on the crossroads of creativity and spirituality ever since. She started out with a degree in graphic design and worked as a designer and art director for many years running her own agency (No Office). She spent a lot of time with several spiritual teachers around the globe and this is where she learned and developed her skills in working with Energy and Tarot reading. Simultaneously she has taken part in many silent meditation retreats to finetune her skills in meditation and connecting to the silence. Her daytime “job” is running her own yoga brand in combination with one on one reading and healing sessions where she combines tarot and energy work. An experienced energy worker/reader with over 10000 readings she not only offers her own services and products but is also active in working with others who are interested in discovering and growing their skills. To bring more freedom and love into this reality and support others who are aiming to do the same.
